This FREE event will be an afternoon of energetic fitness classes, while also showcasing our new FiiT Zone area in the gym with a DJ set from 14:00 – 16:00. In celebration of World Squash Day we will be running Squash and Racketball taster sessions for beginners, and for our members a squash doubles competition from 14:00. We are also running a charity event for the Martlets who support terminally ill people with Charity Zumba. Throughout the afternoon the bar will be open serving fresh coffee, food and drinks, and from 17:00 the event moves to the bar for the more social side of the club. We always listen to our members to find out what people need and want from their gym. Our members needed space to train in a functional manner, so we built a New Fiit Zone area where you can workout with all the space you need . The classes at FiiT Zone are totally different to any gym, routine or studio class. Our personal trainers bring to you , a Hiit style workout using our gym equipment. We have Air Runners / battle Ropes / Box Jumps / Assault Bikes / slam balls / ski ergs / rowers and more to give you the Ultimate High intensity workout.

The FiiT Zone area is great for stretching and doing your own private workouts. Our personal trainers also have session plans waiting for you on the mirrors.

On World squash day we are opening our doors to the local community to come and try Squash and Racketball. World squash day is here to embrace our amazing sport at all levels.
So in recognition we will be running a junior squash open morning, free to all juniors and anyone who is new to the sport. In the afternoon from 2pm there will be free adult squash and racketball coaching.
Squash or racketball bring huge health benefits, a great calorie burner and good for mental health. Squash has been described by Forbes Magazine as one of the healthiest sports you can play.
We will also be running a doubles competition for all our members. Partners will be drawn out the hat on the day with the winners taking some fizz.
In addition, to celebrate World Squash Day our Saturday morning junior club is open to everyone and is free on the day.

Martlets – Charity Zumba Event – Here at Hove Fitness & Squash we like to give back to local charities. So we will be running a charity Zumba Class at 17:00 in support of the Martlets. We will be taking donations before and after the classs to raise money for this worthy cause.
Martlets is a local charity that provides terminally ill people in Brighton & Hove, and surrounding areas, with the very best care and support they need.
