Katie’s yoga classes will be challenging yet fun, allowing the body to release, stretch and tone. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced yoga before, there will be something to suit everyone. You will leave the class feeling longer, leaner and more awake allowing you to begin your day in the best way possible.

Katie completed her yoga teaching training in Goa in India and has been practicing regularly ever since. Her favourite style is Vinyasa, which she mixes with Hatha to create a simple yet effective flow, built in with some deep stretches and strength exercises.
