In Vibe Cycle, we ride to the beat of the music and use upper body moves. We ride to all types of music, from club anthems to disco; there may even be an Irish jig in there! You will lose yourself in the music and when you come out the other side you will realise you’ve had a great workout and burnt loads of calories. You’re in charge of your own resistance so Vibe is suitable for all fitness levels, including those who have never exercised before, or are returning after a break.
